Local Expertise. Global Connections.
Kendra Green is an experienced Broker Associate dual licensed in Indiana and Illinois and is affiliated with both local firms of the global Sotheby’s International Realty brand. Born in Mishawaka, IN and currently residing full time in Dyer, IN with her family, she previously lived and still owns property in Chicago, IL, translating to a high level of local market expertise in both states. Her extensive network of clients and colleagues is a valuable advantage for her clients in buying and selling real estate.
Kendra began her career in residential leasing for the largest residential leasing firm in Chicago. In her first year alone, she climbed to the top 10 producers and continued to stay in the top 5 for the remainder of her time at the firm. She completed over 270 leases during her time with the firm before fully transitioning to residential real estate sales with Sotheby's International Realty. She now combines her unrivaled level of customer service and market knowledge with the national and global power of the Sotheby's brand to better assist her buyers and sellers. Since focusing fully on residential sales, she’s had the privilege of guiding, assisting and advocating for her clients, resulting in $39 million in closed sales volume.
As a graduate of Purdue University, double majoring in Dietetics & Fitness, Kendra understands that personal health and happiness is about more than just the food you put into your body. The place you live is where you spend the most time, so she works tirelessly to ensure it is somewhere you can be proud to call home. 'The best part about my job is being able to have such a profound impact on helping someone find the perfect home. It is a responsibility I do not take lightly'.
In her spare time, Kendra enjoys spending time with her husband, two children and their dog in Dyer, IN. She also tries to give back whenever she can, working with Big Brothers Big Sisters of America, Girls on The Run Chicago and is always looking for new opportunities to volunteer and become involved in her community.
